Patty is a licensed real estate sales person, and licensed CAM  with more than 30 years of Mortgage Banking experience.  Patty began her professional career in 1982 with Citibank.    Her passionate interest in the Real Estate industry led her to obtain her licenses, where she has provided exceptional customer service to Home Buyers and Sellers, Builders and Real Estate Professionals.  Because she truly enjoys meeting people, helping them with their home buying experience, she joined Florida Home Team, LLC.  In this role she looks forward to providing continued exceptional service with all of your Real Estate needs.  Her professional memberships include:

John and his wife, Debbie formed Florida Home Team, LLC Real Estate in 2005. Since 1995, they have built three custom Sarasota County homes.  They are experienced in all phases of custom home building ranging from choosing a builder, developing a plan, construction loans, and seeing the project through completion.

John also served as a Sarasota County Planning Commissioner from January 2013 to January 2017.  He served as Planning Commission Chairman in 2016.  John is a past 13 year President of the Nokomis Area Civic Association (NACA).  He is a native of Cedar Rapids, IA and a retired school principal from Naperville, IL.  

John is also a former high school and NCAA sports official in baseball, basketball, and football. He is a former Big Ten Conference football official and baseball umpire.  John is a licensed Florida Broker and the author of the Florida Home Team blog.   He is quite knowledgeable about growth, and quality of life matters in S.W. Florida.  He works in land development, commercial, and residential real estate.

Debra is a native of Rockford, IL and a retired Wheaton, IL school teacher.  Presently, she resides with her husband John in Sarasota in their 3rd new Florida home located on Phillippi Creek.  Debbie presently serves as the day to day leader managing operations.   Previously, when working as a full time Realtor Debbie was often among the top agents in the area!  Debbie is co-owner of Florida Home Team, LLC. Real Estate along with her husband John who is Broker-Owner.
